Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii and US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).
- We're sorry, but we do not ship to international addresses, including Canada and Mexico at this time. Also, we are not able to accept credit cards issued outside the US.
- Business Days: We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Most orders are shipped within two business days.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
- Purchased items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip if possible. Please also note on the slip whether the product is being returned because it is damaged, defective, incorrect or you would like a refund.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

It may take up to three weeks for the returns process to be completed. We will let you know when your new product ships or when you can expect your refund.
NOTE: Unopened DVDs may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different item. Opened items may only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same title.
